Three hotels, two countries, one digital standard.

A Copenhagen icon, a Geneva institution on the lake, and a new address on the Danish coast: three properties under one ownership group asked EWM for the same thing. Websites worthy of the houses, and a team to run the digital layer behind them.

The client

Three houses, three personalities, one owner's standard.

Hotel d'Angleterre has graced Copenhagen's Kongens Nytorv for over 270 years. Hotel Metropole has faced Lake Geneva since 1854. CORI Hornbæk opens a new chapter on the Danish coast in 2026. Different guests, different markets, the same expectation of precision.

The group wanted more than three websites: a digital partner able to design, build and then operate, from content and newsletters to search visibility and booking flows, across languages and markets.

The challenge

Three digital starting points, one required standard.

An icon whose website was due for a chapter worthy of its history. An institution rethinking its visibility for the AI-search era. And a hotel that didn't exist yet, needing to sell rooms before opening day.

Three brands, three markets, two countries, and one owner unwilling to accept three different levels of quality.

The solution

Design once as a standard, ship three times as a personality.

Each hotel got its own site: d'Angleterre rebuilt around its brand and booking flow, CORI born on Sulu CMS before the hotel even opened, the Metropole's digital presence audited and sharpened for the AI-search era.

And EWM stayed: maintenance, back-office training, newsletters and MICE campaigns, Google Hotel Center, SEO. The websites are the visible part; the operating rhythm is the job.

The results

Live, booked, and still running.

The new address took its first bookings months before opening day. The Copenhagen icon's new site has run since summer 2025, maintained and evolved by the same team that built it. The Geneva institution's digital strategy is sharpened for the AI-search era. Three hotels, one standard, and a partner still on duty.
