Proximmo
How Proximmo rebuilt its digital tools to get even closer to its clients
The public face and the engine behind it, built together.
Sixteen years and more than 1,500 sales into its story, Proximmo still runs on a simple conviction: real estate is a people business. EWM built both halves of its digital life: the site buyers browse, and the platform its brokers run the business on.
Deliverables
An agency that leads with its people, not its listings.
A real-estate agency with offices in Lausanne, Nyon, Montreux, Échallens and Neuchâtel, built on local roots and long relationships: the kind of firm where clients come back to a person, not a brand. The digital presence had to carry that: brokers front and centre, offices anchored in their towns.
Behind the warmth, an operational reality: listings, mandates, brochures and follow-ups flowing across offices, on tools that weren't built for how Proximmo works.
A legacy CRM that dictated the processes.
The agency ran on an ageing industry CRM: rigid workflows, marketing done around the tool instead of through it, and a public site disconnected from the machine behind it.
Growth made it worse: every new broker and every new office multiplied the double entry. Proximmo needed the storefront and the engine rebuilt as one system, and a partner to keep evolving it.
One system: the site buyers see, the platform brokers live in.
A custom site built around how people actually search, by travel time as much as by map, with instant estimation tools for sellers and pages that put each broker's face and patch first. Hosted in Switzerland.
Underneath, EWM's real-estate platform replaced the legacy CRM: listings, brochures, marketing automation and roles across every office, in one place. The migration ran office by office; the features keep shipping.
The whole agency, on its own system.
Within a few months, every office worked in the new platform and the legacy tool was gone. Brokers publish, market and follow up from one place; buyers search the way they think. And the system keeps growing: new sections and features ship as the agency does.
